Professor of Social Psychiatry, now President of the Swiss Research Institute for Public Health and Addiction, a WHO Collaborating Centre affiliated with Zurich University. Member of the WHO Expert Panel on Drugs, member of the Scientific Council, European Society of Social Psychiatry.
