Biography

Chelsey (CJ) Flood is the author of two acclaimed Young Adult novels, Infinite Sky and Nightwanderers, published by Simon and Schuster. She got sober in 2016, and shortly after created Beautiful Hangover, a blog about how to live a good life without drinking. In 2020 she was diagnosed as Autistic, and has since started a newsletter called Polite Robot with a similar aim to Beautiful Hangover: to help people improve their lives. Chelsey lives in Bristol with her partner and emotional support cat. She is a lecturer in Writing at Falmouth University.
