Dr Jamshid Nazari

Biography
Dr Jamshid Nazari is a member of Royal College of Psychiatrists and a specialist registrar (ST6) in General Adult psychiatry. He works in Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and has worked one year in Leeds Addiction Unit as part of his specialist training when he also worked on the evaluation of the work of hospital in-reach team and assertive follow-up of frequent attenders with alcohol misuse complications.
His research interests include: treatment outcomes in addiction, psychosis and treatment outcomes in psychosis. Jamshid has completed a research project on evaluation of one year treatment with Paliperidone (an antipsychotic medication). He is also part of the psychosis research group in Leeds and currently working on fMRI and cognitive study in families with multiple psychosis cases.
