Jasmin Kaur (D. Psych) is a psychologist with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore. She oversees the design and evaluation of programming for the forensic and drug abuser population. Her current portfolio aims at utilising implementation science and the knowledge on behaviour change to inform efforts in Singapore on drug rehabilitation, behaviour management and offender change. She also focuses on the development of substance abuse and forensic risk assessment tools. In addition, she has been a practicing clinician for over 10 years, seeing clients with a variety of behavioural difficulties and mental health issues. Jasmin Kaur completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) from National University of Singapore and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from James Cook University, Australia. She is also currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore.
