Hannah Cook

Assistant Psychologist

Biography

I am an Assistant Psychologist at Bristol Specialist Drug and Alcohol Service within the ADDER project, a government funded scheme designed to reduce drug related deaths and offences.
I have an enduring interest in Psychology, mental health and a strong passion to support women. This has led me to work in the community, hospitals, and prisons and with charities.
I am particularly interested working with the female offending population, exploring how we can best support these individuals using a trauma and gender informed approach.
In the future, I hope to secure a place on a Clinical Psychology doctorate and to work within specialist services once qualified.
