Assistant Psychologist
Biography
I am an Assistant Psychologist with the Bristol ADDER Accelerator project, working at an inpatient detoxification and stabilisation unit. I have previously worked as a mental health worker at HMP Bristol and did an honorary placement at HMP Leyhill whilst completing my degree. I hold a BSc Hons Psychology with Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies degree from the University of Plymouth. I have a particular interest in the co-morbidity of trauma and substance use and improving access to treatment for this cohort. I aspire to be a Clinical Psychologist to develop my skills, experience and knowledge within this profession.
