Report of a seminar on Alcohol policy, held in Dec 2014 at the Centre for Public Health History, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. The seminar explored the interaction between the local and the national in the making of alcohol policy in the past and in the present, focusing on continuities and changes over time.
