David Harman is a Clinical Research Fellow in Hepatology, affiliated with the NIHR Nottingham Digestive Diseases Biomedical Research Unit (University of Nottingham). He is currently in the third year of studying for a PhD. His research interests are the community stratification of chronic liver disease due to alcohol and type 2 diabetes, and fibrosis biomarkers of cirrhosis and portal hypertension.
