WE WANT YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS

The SSA is supporting the SALIS Collection (see this article), and we need your help.

We would like to know your ‘top 5’ books or reports in the addiction field, the ones that have influenced practice, policy or research but are perhaps no longer easy to find. The SALIS collection makes these materials available to borrow digitally, and we would like to make sure the best materials are available to everyone. The SSA is working with SALIS to ensure key texts are added to the list to be digitised, and we will be collating your ‘top 5’s and feeding back the results. Don’t worry if you think your recommendation is already in the collection, as we will check all nominations. Your choice might relate to clinical practice, policy, guidance, research, history … anything as long as it is related to the concept of addiction.
